The ideal structure of this Substack comes from a rough sketch which I drew in December ‘22 summarizing ALL of my learnings as a CEO over the past 2 years (from age 22 to age 24).

For the 1st few months - we will spend a large amount of time in Sales & Marketing - an area where most Tech founders in India go wrong - EPD (Engineering, Product & Design) are important. But in India, IF a product isn’t marketed or actively sold - customers seldom put their money up for the product.
